User Agreement
This Agreement constitutes your agreement with FUCKORDATE for your membership to (the "Service") with respect to your use of the Service. You must agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement in order to become or remain an authorized user of the Service. As used in this Agreement, "we" and "us" mean FUCKORDATE or any successor or assign of FUCKORDATE.
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, as they form the agreement between us. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not use the service and should not proceed to register. By using the Service after DECEMBER 30th , 2004 you are agreeing to be bound by this Agreement, including all amendments made to date.
Terms of use
You will be charged a initial trial price which then recurs to a monthly charge. The amount charged to you is based on your choice of package and charged to the account of your choice. Purchase is done securely through our authorized sales processing agent. Your information will be transmitted through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software to ensure your information is private. You will receive unlimited access to our support resources, unlimited downloads of all programs located within our site and unlimited technical support contact with our staff.
No Warranties
The Service is distributed on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that this Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. There may be delays, omissions, and interruptions in the availability of the Service. Where permitted by law, you acknowledge that the service is provided without any warranties of any kind whatsoever either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You acknowledge that use of the Service is at your own risk. Content Submissions
All video and photo content submitted to FuckOrDate.com will be reviewed by our risk department in advance of its posting on the site. The risk assessment can take as long as 48 hours. When submitting video or photo content displaying male or female genitalia, submissions must include two (2) forms of ID (one photo ID) as proof of age and identity of the individual(s) displayed. Uploading illegal or underage content is expressly forbidden.
FuckOrDate.com takes seriously all laws against child pornography. Thus, it will not condone, and it intends to cooperate with all governmental agencies that seek those who produce, child pornography. By using this website, you agree that all User Submissions you upload to this website for viewers in the United States or any of its territories or possessions are fully compliant with all laws relating to child pornography in the United States, including but not limited to 18 U.S.C. section 2257. FuckOrDate.com does not permit copyright infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights on its Website, and FuckOrDate.com will remove all Content and User Submissions if properly notified that such Content or User Submission infringes on another's intellectual property rights. FuckOrDate.com reserves the right to remove Content and User Submissions without prior notice. FuckOrDate.com will also terminate a User's access to its Website, if he or she is determined to be a repeat infringer. A repeat infringer is a User who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice and/or has had a User Submission removed from the Website more than twice. SeeMyBucks also reserves the right to decide whether Content or a User Submission is appropriate and complies with these Terms of Service for violations other than copyright infringement and violations of intellectual property law, such as, but not limited to, obscenity, or defamatory material, or excessive length. FuckOrDate.com may remove such User Submissions and/or terminate a User's access for uploading such material in violation of these Terms of Service at any time, without prior notice and at its sole discretion.

Membership fees and charges
You agree to pay or have paid all fees and charges incurred in connection with your membership with the service (including any applicable taxes) at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. We may change the fees and charges in effect for using the service and may conduct changes on the site from time to time. You also are responsible for any fees or charges incurred to access the service through an Internet access provider or other third party service, including but not limited to telephone charges.
Refund Policy
FUCKORDATE.COM does not provide cash refunds. We may, however, grant credits in the form of free monthly memberships to resolve customer service issues. The billing system used by FUCKORDATE.COM or our authorized agents provides extensive credit card fraud protection measures and our Sites include many features to protect users from accidental charges. Therefore, refunds to your credit card will be provided only under the rarest of circumstances such as persistent technical problems originating with our equipment.
Privacy and Use of Information
